A SyMB0L

well a symbol that i chose from the alchemist was an oasis and oasis is a fertile or green area in a region or desert.
another symbol i chose was alchemy; alchemy is a philosophy of base on gold.
the last symbol i chose was an omen; omen means a phenomenom supposed to protend good or evil.

tHE ALCHEMiST PiCTURE ADD

this picture reminds me of the alchemist because they talk and talk about caravans and camels and stuff. i can relate to this picture because it looks like an old gang and thats how it is with me and my homegirls and homeboys outside of the school. we be rolling pretty deep but only in the back streets not where people can spot us cause then they can catch us and yeah. but this picture is simple and yea does remind me of the alchemist.

Mayam’s blog letter

Dear Mr. Art Spiegelman
I thought your book Maus is a good book. I’m not quite done with it. I think the book is very interesting I always get to a part where I’m thinking “what’s going to happen next. The idea of the mice being the Jews and the cats being the Nazis is a very g00d idea. The thing that makes the book not be boring is the comic strips. It gives you an idea of what’s going on in the story and it makes you understand it. Well I need to finis reading it so I can give in more thoughts.
Sincerely,
Mayam .G
